Remember you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to return it.

Download the return form available at www.lavika.pl, fill it out and attach it to the package. PACK YOUR DRESS IN A BOX!

You will receive your money back from us within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it within 14 days from the date of receipt.

To return a purchased product, please send the package back to our address at your own expense.

Attach the purchase document and the completed return form to the package. THE PRODUCT SHOULD BE PACKED IN A CARDBOARD BOX (it does not have to be the original packaging). The dresses are made of delicate fabrics and laces, which may be damaged during transport. Try to pack the product as best as possible to avoid damage and excessive creasing. It is not allowed to pack the product in a courier bag. Once the refund has been processed, the money will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made. We have 14 days to do this, but most often it takes up to 7 days.

Remember that the product should not show any signs of use, damage or odors. Otherwise, we will send the product back at your expense or the value will be reduced.

We do not accept parcels sent to us via cash on delivery.

The option of return by withdrawal from the contract cannot be used by persons who purchased goods on invoice in connection with their business activity.

Please provide the reason for the return, this will help us improve our customer satisfaction and the quality of our products.

If you want to exchange the product, simply send us the package and write on the proof of purchase what you want to exchange.
